Skin Film

Skin film is a newly product of FinePack, which is also called vacuum skin packaging film. After heating the films will be softened and shrinking, completely fitting to the rigid tray, encapsulating the product on the prefabricated tray, and eliminating almost all the air in the packaging.

Application:

Skin Film is mainly used for packaging fresh meat, processed meat, seafood, instant food, etc. Compared with traditional film, skin film is like a second skin, which can display the inner packaging products more intuitively and three-dimensionally without affecting the performance.

Features and Advantages:

Long Shelf life and Fresh Flavor: Skin Package will not cause any extrusion to the food, in order to retain the most natural state without deformation. While effectively avoiding the growth of microorganisms, it can also keep the food fresh, maximize the preservation period and shelf life.

High barrier performance: Skin film has obvious advantage in preservation for fresh and instant products. Under 4℃, the skin film can keep food fresh in 4-8 weeks and can also prevent ice crystals from being produced during refrigeration and prevent the food surface from being damaged, and avoid burn and cracks of product surface  from freezing.

Environmentally friendly: By using skin vacuum package, there is less consumables compared to traditional packaging methods; and less contamination or expiration, and more importantly, there is no need to use any preservatives/additives.

Superior peel properties: Easy opening, no glue on the board, environment-friendly and healthy.

Excellent clarity for glass like finish: Perfect visual display effect, good toughness, withstand handling and special low temperature.
